Abstract

The problem of ensuring technological sovereignty is the subject of numerous scientific discussions among economists, scientists and politicians, which most often boil down to the thesis that when choosing goals, strategies and instruments of industrial policy, one should first of all be guided by the national interests of the country. The purpose of this article is to review the prerequisites for the formation of technological sovereignty and its limiting factors, as well as to analyze the indicators characterizing the level of technological sovereignty of Russia. To achieve these goals, the article used a number of scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization, comparison. Based on an overview of global trends that determine the features of the formation of technological sovereignty, the author formulated the principles of the formation of a critical technology control system.
