The purpose of this article is to review the prerequisites for the formation of technological sovereignty and its limiting factors, as well as to analyze the indicators characterizing the level of technological sovereignty of Russia. To achieve these goals, the article used a number of scientific methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization, comparison. Based on an overview of global trends that determine the features of the formation of technological sovereignty, the author formulated the principles of the formation of a critical technology control system.
