Abstract

The aggressive Russophobic and neo-Nazi policies of the Kiev regime con-tinue to pose serious risks to residents of various regions of Novorossiya and Ukraine, forcing many to become migrants. Using the example of a temporary accommodation facility in the city of Klin, Moscow region, the chapter examines the results of sociological and socio-psychological research among children of forced migrants as part of a comprehensive pro-gram of leisure and rehabilitation measures for the social adaptation of these children and evaluates the effectiveness of the program. Based on a survey of children in the PVR – boys and girls from 12 to 17 years old – it was revealed that their physical, social and mental health has improved markedly over the period of the 2022/2023 academic year. This was fa-cilitated by various types and forms of physical, intellectual, artistic and aesthetic develop-ment, regular classes with teachers, educators and other specialists. The children not only adapted socially and psychologically to the new conditions of the Russian community, but al-so gained new knowledge, developed skills and abilities, and increased self-esteem.
