Abstract

The Russian scientific literature has established a tradition of analyzing migration processes, migration policy as a source of growth or decline in the number of diasporas in Russia, and various aspects of migrant adaptation. The main attention of Russian researchers is paid to the social, economic and political prospects of Eurasian integration, as well as legal issues of the activities of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. The relevance of the research provides a scientific basis for developing a scientifically sound approach to identifying the dynamics of changes in socio-economic potential. migrants in Russia. The purpose of the study is to determine the socio-economic well-being and cohesion of Armenian migrants in Russia, to assess employment and the level of socio-economic well-being as "an indicator of the characteristics and success of the adaptation process in three Russian regions with the largest Armenian community: in Krasnodar, Stavropol territories, as well as in Moscow and the Moscow region"269, preparation of proposals to increase the efficiency of using the potential of migrants in order to improve the quality of life people in the host county270. The fundamental scientific objective of this study is to develop a methodological approach to studying the socio-economic situation of migrants in the regions of the Russian Federation and their contribution to socio-economic well-being. The study used general methodological research methods and techniques: analysis, synthesis, induction, abstraction, modeling to develop theoretical and methodological approaches to analysis, models of empirical research, and a consistent analysis tool in the online mode. monitoring the dynamics of the contribution of migrants from Armenia to the socio-economic and demographic well-being of the regions Of the Russian Federation. The methodological strategy is represented by quantitative and qualitative methods, includes methods of questionnaire survey, interview, document analysis, expert assessment, providing a comprehensive analysis of the research problem. The methodological strategy included a questionnaire survey of 1,273 members of the Armenian Diaspora in the Moscow agglomeration, Krasnodar and Stavropol territories (there were a total of 1,273 people were interviewed, of which 658 were in the Moscow agglomeration, 310 and 305 in the Krasnodar and Stavropol territories, respectively). Monitoring the research and analysis of information sources includes the development of cultural and educational exchanges, the creation of a single cultural space, overcoming the negative effects associated with the "desovetization" of the past, and the effective use of sociological survey tools. During the qualitative analysis, methods of data collection and processing, data systematization were used., methods of questionnaire survey, interview; document analysis, expert assessment method.
