Abstract

The article provides an understanding of the positive and negative sides of artificial intelligence. Initially, the reasons and rates of rapid growth in the use of artificial intelligence in various spheres of public life are illustrated. However, the use of this promising innovative technology requires careful regulation in both legal and moral aspects. There is a serious danger that artificial intelligence systems can be on an equal footing with humans and exceed their intellectual potential. Accordingly, there are risks of negative events that need to be brought under control. This is a serious problem that may arise fairly soon, which requires an urgent need to think about how best to resolve it. One way or another, the risks associated with the introduction and spread of artificial intelligence should always be discussed not only at the scientific, but also at the socio-political level.
