Abstract

The conducted research made it possible to identify the direction and scale of globalization processes, to develop measures to counter threats and ensure the sustainable functioning of the domestic food market. The main conditions for achieving food security in Russia have been identified. Several variable scenarios have been proposed for the medium and long-term development of agri-food systems in the context of global instability.
