It demonstrates the state, the degree of realization of values, in particular, of a socio-political, humanistic, democratic nature (human and civil rights and freedoms, tolerance, security, equality of all before the law, freedom of political choice, religious freedom, etc.), as well as their relationship and interdependence with socio-political reality. The article pays special attention to the socio-political spectrum of the general value space, presenting it as one of the target areas of the state strategic program for the implementation of the intended goal — building a civil society in Russia, with guaranteed human rights and freedoms, universal equality before the law, tolerance (conflict-free) and other attributes, including stability and security. A separate analysis is given to public opinion assessments concerning human rights, as well as religious freedom, which, according to the results of the study, turns out to be the most secured, which is important for the existence of genuine tolerance in society and acceptable state-confessional relations leading to a sustainable progressive nature of socio-political processes. In general, the data indicate that socio-political values in Russia remain practically unsecured.
