The purpose of this article is the features of digitalization of youth employment and its impact on the structure of the distribution of labor in the youth segment of the labor market and its quality. Methods: the study was carried out using up-to-date data and sources, as well as an empirical analysis of expert assessments and statistical data on the formation and development of digitalization processes in youth employment. Scientific novelty: the author's analysis of the existing dynamics of the development of the processes of digitalization of youth employment is proposed, which contributes to increased attention to youth employment issues in modern conditions, and the search for ways to most effectively distribute the youth stratum of labor resources. Research results: the need to create effective mechanisms to support young professionals through government initiatives, retraining programs and the development of digital literacy is emphasized. The article also discusses the potential risks associated with digital inequality and the loss of some traditional jobs, suggesting ways to minimize them. Practical significance: the results and conclusions of the article can be useful both for the scientific community and for decision-making government agencies that strive for sustainable development of labor relations, balanced labor resources and an increase in the quality of the workforce.
