Abstract

The relevance of the research is determined by the importance of integrating Russian-speaking scientists abroad into the scientific community of Russia. In the context of globalization of science and migration processes, scientists as a category of migrants represent a valuable repatriation resource capable of increasing the scientific potential of the country. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the phenomenon of the Russian-speaking scientific community, as well as to develop strategies and mechanisms for effective interaction with it. The object of the study is the Russian-speaking scientific community abroad. The subject of the study is the mechanisms and strategies for interaction with this community, as well as the factors contributing to its integration. The scientific novelty of the paper lies in the application of an integrated approach to the study of the phenomenon of the Russian-speaking scientific diaspora and considering it as a valuable repatriation resource. The study proposes new methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the integration of the diaspora into Russian scientific and educational processes, which can contribute to the repatriation of scientists. The main research method is the analysis of existing literature and publications devoted to the Russian-speaking scientific diaspora and its integration into the scientific community of Russia. Also, general scientific methods are applied to identify trends and patterns of international interaction of scientific personnel. The main results of the study are the development of recommendations for the creation of effective mechanisms for cooperation with the Russian-speaking scientific community abroad, the identification of key factors influencing its integration, and the proposal of strategies for improving interaction and knowledge exchange between Russia and its diaspora.
