Abstract

2024 marks the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of the founding treaty of the EAEU. For successful joint work in the new decade to deepen integration within the Five, improve the well-being and quality of life of citizens of the member states, a scientific analysis of the achievements, problems and contradictions of integration processes, and the definition of "clear guidelines" is needed. The report provides an analysis of the integration results for the member states, the demographic situation, demographic and migration policies in the EAEU and the member states in the context of the demographic security of the Union, the institutional and legal foundations of the concept of demographic security of the EAEU. The results of the scientific analysis can be used by supranational regulators of integration processes in the EAEU, state and civil institutions of the member states to increase the effectiveness of integration processes in the interests of achieving the tasks facing the Union, as well as for further development of research on integration issues in Lesser Eurasia. The publication is intended for the scientific and expert community, the governing bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), and anyone interested in the functioning and development prospects of the Eurasian Economic Union. It can be used by doctoral students, postgraduates, undergraduates, and bachelors studying in the fields of Demography, Sociology, and Political Science when preparing dissertations for doctoral and PhD degrees, master's theses, and graduate student qualifying papers.
