Abstract

In the era of complete digital transformation and artificial intelligence's rapid advancement, social reality is witnessing the emergence of new communication patterns where one of the participants is not a human being, but a synthetic entity crafted by man. These forms of interaction possess distinct characteristics and significant differences from traditional human-to-human communication. This article is a preliminary investigation aimed at establishing a theoretical framework for the study of communication practices between humans and artificial intelligence. The authors have examined classical sociological theories of communication, such as those by G. D. Lasswell, T. Newcomb, M. Castells, and T. M. Dridze, and applied them to the analysis of human-AI interactions. As a result, a typology of human-AI communication practices has been developed and presented in this article.
