Abstract

The study is devoted to the presentation of a systemic sociological view on the transformation of health-preserving education, on identifying its role in maintaining public health and forming a culture of medical prevention in the countries of the post-Soviet space. The purpose of the study: to analyze the evolution of health-preserving education, highlighting the key stages of its development, the continuity of approaches and the features of diversification in modern conditions. Research materials and methods: The basis of the research is a comparative-historical analysis, as well as a comparative analysis, which allows us to assess the influence of social, cultural, and economic factors on the evolution of preventive medicine. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the comprehensive consideration of the continuity and diversification of health-preserving education throughout different historical periods. The practical significance of the study is related to the possibility of using historical experience to develop effective disease prevention strategies adapted to the conditions of the digital age and global challenges such as pandemics and the rise of non-communicable diseases. Results. The study concluded that health education in the CIS countries demonstrates, on the one hand, continuity of approaches, implemented in the context of new challenges. Historical experience provides grounds to emphasize the importance of state support, interdisciplinary cooperation and adaptation of medical and educational work
