A key marker of this process is the emergence of state-level documents focusing on strengthening traditional values. The key factor driving society's attention to the issue of strengthening traditional values is the confrontation between the country and the outside world, represented by the collective West. The author notes the heterogeneity and fluidity of Russians' life-meaning and normative-value attitudes, and their close connection with the current socio-political situation. At the center of these life-meaning priorities is the demand for a society of social equality, which highlights one of the most pressing issues in contemporary Russian society—the severity of social inequalities. The demand for social equality creates a common ideological space in Russian society and provides a concrete foundation for its potential consolidation, regardless of current ideological and political differences.Content (in russ)hide table of contentsshow table of contents
