TNCs are a projection onto the daily international activities of reinsurance mechanisms that are gener-ated by government activities as an insurance component of the social activity of society. The modern realities of electronic-digital civilization accelerate all processes that accompany international entrepreneurship, in-cluding the structures of TNCs, without changing their social and humanitarian essence. The electronic-digital civilization and the artificial intelligence (AI) emerging in its space accelerate the development processes of the business community and humanity’s social field.
