The purpose of the article is to consider the national projects for 2025 - 2030 - Human Resources, Tourism and Hospitality. The object of the research is these national projects The research methods are used - statistical method, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. The results obtained include the use of national projects - Personnel, Tourism and Hospitality. The goals, activ- ities and positive dynamics of indicators of national projects, their financial support are considered. In addition, the authors of the study note that one of the acute problems that has an objective impact on the implementation of these national projects is the shortage of personnel, which, if not successfully addressed, could delay the implementation of these projects indefinitely. The authors suggest that one way to address this issue is to use both internal migration flows and external resources. In this context, they also emphasize that one of the most important results of these projects should be the strengthening of interethnic relations through the involvement of representatives of various nationalities in the tourism industry, as well as the introduction of participants in domestic tourism, which has been growing rapidly in the 2020s, to the culture and national traditions of the regions they visit. The main conclusion is the recognition of the significant role of national projects as a tool for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation, in solving the problem of personnel shortages, increasing the role of the tourism industry in the country's economy, and increasing the number of tourist trips. It also involves the targeted regulation of external and internal migration flows in the interests of these projects, as well as the promotion of interethnic harmony and tolerance among employees of the tourism industry and tourists themselves towards representatives of various religious denominations. In the literature review, it should be emphasized that not much time has passed since the start of the implemen- tation of national projects, so articles appeared mainly in the print media. In the process of implementing national pro- jects until 2030, articles will appear that will provide a meaningful analysis of their implementation.
