Abstract

The monograph presents the results of scientific research carried out by the staff of the ISPI FNSC RAS within the framework of the state assignments of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, initiative research and projects implemented in cooperation with partner research teams. The readers are invited to analyze the most significant trends in the socio-political and socio-cultural development of the country, which were determined by changes in the foreign policy landscape associated with the emergence of a multipolar world. Based on empirical data obtained in the course of specific sociological research, the authors consider the current problems of socio-economic and socio-political development of the country in the context of reproducing the stability of Russian society and the state, identify the factors influencing social anxiety and political sentiments in Russian society. Analyzing the dynamics of political sentiments and electoral trends, the evolution of ideological priorities and the value system of Russian citizens, the authors identify the reserves and social potential of the stability of the political system, taking into account the prevailing socio-cultural and demographic reality. The monograph is addressed to researchers, analysts, teachers, graduate students, students specializing in the study of socio-political and socio-cultural processes, politicians and managers, organizers of election campaigns.
