Abstract

Based on the analysis of scientific publications by Russian scientists, legislative documents and initiatives, as well as the results of sociological research by NAFI (2024-2025), the article examines current issues related to the need for measures to ensure the financial security of Russians. It highlights the threats of financial losses for Russians caused by the growing number of fraudulent operations in the virtual space. The article also analyzes the measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to reduce the volume of illegal money laundering.
