In the context of the creation of the EAEU and other associations, immigration flows between countries are increasing, which contributes to integration interactions, on the one hand, but on the other hand, negative phenomena such as illegal migration, social tension, and imbalance in the labor market are increasing. The main donors of labor are the Central Asian states (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan), while Russia and Kazakhstan remain key recipients. Despite the simplified travel regimes within the EAEU, there are still problems of legal regulation, including quotas, protection of migrants' rights and countering exploitation. Socio-cultural integration remains an important aspect: the adaptation of migrants, language barriers, and the prevention of xenophobia. Prospects for the development of immigration policy are associated with the digitalization and transparency of migration control, combining efforts to harmonize the migration legislation of countries.
