Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of socioeconomic and socio-political transformations of the Russian Federation after 1991 up to now. The relevance is determined by the simultaneous action of global crises, sanction restrictions and internal modernisation requests for the development of the Russian contemporary social reality, etc. This paper writes about different vectors of transformations. The study describes the evolution of public administration institutions, studies the mechanisms of targeted social support, modernisation of the cluster innovation environment and changes in stratification contours, etc. Based on a number of transformations considered, the authors have work out proposals for further consolidation of development resources. The article used methods of comparative historical analysis, interdisciplinary synthesis and secondary analysis of data. The conclusion reveals the prospects for sustainable and sovereign development. One can note extremely the significance of the issue being researched.
