Abstract

Nowadays IT industry is the fastest growing and rapidly changing branch of Russian economy. For the purpose to improve their career opportunities and attain high-paid jobs the university and college graduates must have objective data about the states and conditions the of the industry and its development directions. We investigate the modification of the IT labor market, the structure of vacancies and CV, the dynamics of salaries, the most promising sectors for career opportunities for IT graduates: cybersecurity and AI.
