The effect of introducing AI into the workforce changes not only the management processes at the enterprise, but also requires qualitative changes in the retraining of specialists, the organization of knowledge acquisition and new competencies. The purpose of the study is to identify the possibilities of using AI and assess the degree of its impact on the activities of enterprises in various fields, the development of labor relations and the domestic labor market. The key focus of the methodology of this study is on a series of in-depth interviews in which experts from various fields of economic activity acted as experts. Based on the interview results, conclusions are drawn about the perception of digital innovations and the prospects for using AI in the workplace. activities. The authors note, based on a detailed content analysis of various types of relevant information, a change in the paradigm of employment from the perspective of an individual. The labor market and labor relations have undergone significant transformations over the past few decades due to the active digitalization of all spheres of activity. The covid-19 pandemic became the trigger for a change in the form of employment. The period of increasing sanctions pressure was accompanied by domestic achievements in the field of ICT. The professions (the top ten) that will be in demand and/or will appear in the near future due to the trends of digitalization, robotization and the introduction of AI are highlighted. A series of expert interviews has shown that it is most difficult for experts to assess changes in the process of making informed decisions and reducing risks through AI. The author's method of processing expert assessments is presented, on the basis of which an integral quantitative assessment is obtained for two groups of issues.: (1) the impact of AI on labor activity and the labor market from the perspective of its "own" field of activity; (2) perception of one's own capabilities and prospects for using AI. The proposed integrated assessment of qualitative expert responses allows us to move on to quantitative indicators that can be compared and visualized.
