The author considers differentiated demographic policy as an integral part of social policy, which has specific goals and partially methods of achieving them, which is integrated with other spheres of government activity, such as- regulation of the labor market, living standards and social security of the population, education and healthcare. The purpose of this policy is to promote sustainable economic development and minimize social problems caused by demographic imbalances. The main purpose of the study is to identify key models and practices that contribute to the stability and economic growth of regions by adapting demographic and social measures to the specifics of each territory. To achieve this goal, the methodology of comparative analysis is used. analyzing the policies of different countries using statistical data and regulatory documents.
