The paper examines demographic characteristics, dynamics of changes in the age composition, and accessibility of different levels of education across age groups. Special attention is given to differences between urban and rural populations, as well as intergenerational aspects. The methodology includes the analysis of statistical data and identification of trends in the educational structure of the population. The results of the study can be used to develop strategies for the development of the education system, labour resources, and social policy. This work assesses the distribution of the population by age groups and education level. The analysis revealed significant differences in the educational structure among various age categories, as well as between urban and rural areas. The obtained data allow us to identify trends in education accessibility and prepare recommendations for improving the educational level of the population.
