Abstract

Acquired disability is a social phenomenon that has a special social characteristic of the problem in modern Russian society. The study of factors affecting the life activity of young men with acquired disability is of great relevance today, firstly, due to the permanence of the problem of disability in society, which requires awareness and development of universal sociological approaches to its assessment and principles of solution. Secondly, young men with acquired disabilities in modern society represent an important element of the social structure. All this makes it necessary to develop a methodology for sociological research aimed at finding new systematized theoretical approaches that reflect the multifaceted nature of disability, and in particular, the resource demographic potential of young men with acquired disability.
