Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the requirements for modern international lawyers, their legal culture, and the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the legal culture of future international lawyers at a university. The article examines various approaches to defining the concept of «legal culture» and shows its concretization in the concept of «legal culture of a future international lawyer» in the context of the concept of «Russia as a State-Civilization». The study substantiates the effectiveness of the case method as a means of forming the legal culture of a future international lawyer at a university. The article provides a description, classification of the case method, and stages of its use, as well as specific examples.
