Abstract

In 2024, it will be 10 years since the founding treaty of the EAEU was signed. In order to successfully work together in the new decade to deepen integration within the five countries and improve the welfare and quality of life for the citizens of the member states, it is necessary to conduct a scientific analysis of the achievements, problems, and contradictions of the integration processes, and to set clear goals. The report provides an analysis of the results of integration for the member states, the demographic situation, and the demographic and migration policies in the EAEU and the member states in the context of the Union's demographic security, as well as the institutional and legal framework for the concept of the EAEU's demographic security. The results of the scientific analysis can be used by supranational regulators of integration processes in the EAEU, state and civil institutions of the member states to improve the efficiency of integration processes in order to achieve the goals of the Union, as well as to further develop research on the problems of integration in Small Eurasia. The publication is intended for the scientific and expert community, the management bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), and for anyone interested in the functioning and development prospects of the Eurasian Economic Union. It can be used by doctoral students, postgraduate students, master's students, and bachelors studying in the fields of Demography, Sociology, and Political Science, as well as by those preparing dissertations for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences, master's theses, and final qualifying works of students.
