These are large infrastructure facilities being built to develop the manufacturing industry, increase export revenues, and ensure the country's energy independence. It appears that some of them will have a certain impact on the content of Mongolia's socio-economic cooperation with Russia in the transboundary land, and that will give impetus to the intercivilizational interaction between Russia and Mongolia within the intercivilizational outposts.
