Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of assessments of interethnic relations in Russia against the background of successive socio-political changes caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the conduct of a special military operation. Based on the data from VTsIOM, RMEZ and the IS of the FNISC RAS for 2020 and 2024, the structural stability of the perception of the interethnic climate is revealed. Special attention is paid to the influence of social factors on the formation of international attitudes. A connection is established between the assessments of interethnic relations and such factors as the type of settlement, social well-being, financial situation and emotional state of the respondents. It is concluded that interethnic issues are embedded in the general narrative of social well-being and stability in the questions of national and federal relations.
