Based on an analysis of data from the second wave of the all-Russian monitoring study "Students of Russia: Civic Culture and Life Strategies," it reveals the essence and content of the political culture of contemporary Russian students in the context of the general problems of the country's current socio-political development. The authors demonstrate the characteristics of such phenomena of students' collective consciousness as identity, values, political and civic culture, and political behavior, and, through their interrelationships, identify manifestations of student civic political participation. Considering Russian students as a social group with their own interests, values, and life strategies, the authors also draw attention to regional differences. The monograph is addressed to researchers, scholars, university faculty, graduate and undergraduate students, political scientists, sociologists, and cultural scholars specializing in the study of students and socio-cultural and political processes.Content (in russ)hide table of contentsshow table of contents
