Abstract

The article is devoted to the Russian labour market transformation caused by the emergence and development of the digital economy. Not only technological and structural changes are considered, but also their complex socio-economic consequences.The analysis focuses on the business environment digitalization, the spread of new employment forms, and changes in demand for professional competencies with an emphasis on digital and soft skills.The author assesses the scale and dynamics of these phenomena in the Russian context. Particular attention is paid to the transformation socio-economic aspects: the digital transformation impact on the Russian labour market, the problem of ensuring the inclusiveness of the digital transition, changes in the nature of social and labour relations.The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is formed by the institutional and evolutionary approaches to the labour market analysis, the human capital concept, the technological structure theory and creative destruction.Article scientific novelty lies in its socio-economic aspect systematic examination of the Russian labour market digital transformation as an interconnected set of problems affecting not only economic efficiency but also social stability. Particularattention is paid to the Russian institution adaptive capacity analysis and the formation prospects of a new concept in labour sphere.
