The paper also examines key transformations within the fundamental institution of culture. Digitalisation, shifting cultural codes, and fluctuations in values like family and patriotism actively reshape cultural infrastructure and content. Traditional values are not eroded but reinterpreted through digital channels, leading to cultural hybridisation. Institutional culture adapts to new identity demands while simultaneously shaping them. Within this interplay, culture emerges as both a product of sociocultural conditions and an active modifier of them. The study highlights the constructive potential of this dynamic and the importance of continued research.
