Abstract

As a large gathering of people, the city is a special socio-cultural space where new strategies of human behavior are produced and formed, including evolving customs, traditions, values, and norms. The city can be seen a manifestation of civilization in its broader conceptual sense. As the largest «attractive» city, the metropolis is a prime example where modern socio-cultural issues are manifested in an era of global change.
