Abstract

This article presents an analysis of the transformation of everyday practices among the Russian population under sanctions pressure from 2014 to 2024. The relevance of the study stems from the need to understand not only the macroeconomic consequences of sanctions but also the profound micro-level changes in household adaptation strategies and consumer and labor behavior. The aim of the work is to analyze the cause-and-effect relationships in the transformation of everyday practices among the Russian population under sanctions pressure from 2014 to 2024, assessing the sustainability of a hybrid behavioral model for predicting socioeconomic risks and developing targeted social policy measures. The article identifies types of adaptation strategies and key areas of consumer preference transformation in sectors such as clothing, household appliances, and pharmaceuticals.
