Abstract

The determining factor of social stability and the level of education of the population is education – the most important resource of sustainable socio-economic and spiritual development of the Russian state. Thanks to the development of the education system, young people have the opportunity to master new professions, gain the necessary knowledge and useful skills and thereby contribute both to their professional growth and to improving the quality of human potential in our country2. In the context of globalization, Russian education and science systems have become more open to the world and contacts with foreign partners. In this regard, it should be noted the role of academic mobility as the most important factor in the formation and development of the global scientific and educational space. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the legal gaps existing at the national level in the definition of academic mobility
