Abstract

The article discusses the characteristics of a group of employees who underwent distance learning in 2019. The analysis is based on an approach that considers distance learning from the point of view of human capital development opportunities in organizations. The relationship between distance learning by the working population and self-assessments of their position in the organization based on the data of the 28th wave of the RMEZ is considered. Conclusions are drawn about the specifics of the group of employees who have undergone distance learning, about the lack of support at enterprises for the independent efforts of employees practicing online training.
