Abstract

The book is devoted to the evolution of the modern Russian family, changes in the family structure and the structure of households. A family with a complete married couple and minor children, as well as an incomplete family are considered. The non-identity of incomplete families, formed as a mother project and included in this category as a result of divorce or widowhood, is emphasized. It is proved that the emerging variety of types of families is based on gender pictures of the world that are formed in adolescence and adolescence. The stability of marriage and family relations is analyzed from the standpoint of their intimacy, deep personification and trust. The canonical attributes of normal childhood are vividly highlighted and the evolution of the concepts of the sociology of childhood is traced. The need to have children and possible alternatives are presented from an economic standpoint: investing in a child and expecting a return on investment. The results of the analysis of intergenerational relationships in changing social and family contexts are considered. In the study of the influence of the family on the life of a child / children, the emphasis is on the choice of an educational trajectory. One of the sections of the book is devoted to the welfare of children without parental care. The types of families with negative parenting - “suppliers” of children to specialized institutions were identified. The types of guardianship and the likely outcomes of the life path of those who have gone beyond guardianship and entered an independent adult life are analyzed in detail. The monograph is based both on the analysis of theoretical approaches to the family and the well-being of children, and on the use of empirical data: materials of state statistics of Russia, All-Russian socio-demographic surveys, surveys conducted by employees of the Sociological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences - a branch of the FCTIS RAS, as well as the Biographical Fund of the SI RAS - branch of FCTAS RAS. For professional sociologists, economists, psychologists and students in these areas. Annotation. The ontological model of childhood inevitably presupposes an understanding of the nature and heuristic possibilities of the ontological paradigm in general and in the social sciences in particular. The current state of the ontological tradition in science is characterized to a greater extent by “ontological nihilism” (M. Heidegger) than by the adherence to this tradition. In short, ontology is the consideration of things in accordance with their nature and concepts about these things. The phenomenon of childhood has its own essential nature. The article examines the deviation of the empirical phenomenon of childhood from the parameters of its ontological paradigm. The role of intrasocial factors in the emergence of the crisis of childhood is analyzed, and the question of the canonical attributes of normal childhood is investigated on the example of Russian classical literature on the life debut of a child.
