However, the death rate in Russia in 2020 increased by 18%, or by 323.8 thousand people, reaching 2.124 million deaths. The sociodemographic crisis makes us think about a set of measures to overcome it. The deterioration of negative trends in natural population growth in Russia in the context of the pandemic increases the relevance of longterm social policy. One of the strategic documents may be the Social Doctrine of the Russian Federation till 2030. Methodology for the development of the Social Doctrine of the Russian Federation 2025-2030 is based both on the creation of a Situation Center and on the development of a Library of models necessary for predicting the values of the indicators included in it.Content (in russ)hide table of contentsshow table of contents
