Abstract

The article deals with the issues of digital transformation of municipal public policy, introduces the definition of the concept of municipal public policy. The features of the digital transformation of the processes for providing state and municipal services are considered. It is shown that within the framework of these processes, a number of services fall into the sphere of municipal public policy. Examples of such digital services are given in relation to  Moscow cases. At the same time, it is shown that it is urgently necessary to perform a digital transformation of the forms of citizens ' participation in the implementation of the LSG specified in Articles 22-33 of Federal Law No. 131-FL of October 6, 2003. The newest mechanisms of citizens' participation in the preparation and implementation of decisions within the framework of municipal public policy, such as the crowdsourcing mechanism, mechanisms of municipal-private partnership, initiative projects, municipal social order, commissions and working groups of the State Council, are highlighted and listed. It is shown that the digital transformation of a number of these mechanisms or individual procedures that are part of them should gradually unfold, taking into account the specifics of different municipal entities of the country.
