Abstract

The current global situation of the problem of biosphere and noosphere security at the global, national and regional levels is analyzed. The necessity of urgent development of a Strategy for the socio-biospheric development of the world in order to preserve the self-developing biospheric nature and its compatibility with a safe technosphere for an active and prosperous life and activity of people is shown.
