Abstract

Analyzing the problem of digitalization of the process of training specialists (first of all, university students), the main attention is paid, as a rule, to the organization of theoretical and practical classes related to the substantive aspects of the work of engineers, teachers, managers, etc. in the context of the general digitalization of society and, in particular, the impact of accompanying innovations in information technology infrastructure. At the same time, the second, but no less important component of the process of reproducing the required level of competence and motivation of young specialists falls out of sight of the organizers of professional training and, accordingly, research work in this area. We are talking about the preliminary training of the educational process - the preparation of its main actors - applicants and students (bachelors, masters, graduate students, young specialists), their selection, preliminary targeted training, the formation of sustainable incentives not only for the profession itself, but also for the process of quality education, adaptation to it and permanent updating of relevant knowledge. We are talking about the readiness and desire of young people themselves to perceive the knowledge and skills offered to them by the pedagogical community that are in demand by the profession.
