Abstract

The authors discuss the role of mentoring in science and examine various forms and models of mentoring, the introduction of which may contribute to the enhancement of the leadership skills, motivation and professional growth of students. The institute of mentoring may also contribute to the modernisation processes in the post-Covid-19 reality.
