Abstract

The article discusses the problems of digitalization of municipal public policy. It is noted that it is necessary to distinguish vital digitalization tools demanded by residents of municipalities from opportunistic and poorly prepared for use, taking into account the specifics of education (availability of personnel and equipment, readiness of local residents, the level of financing of activities, etc.). Taking into account the specifics of the municipality , it is proposed to develop digitalization strategies of three types: 1) digitalization of the mechanisms of municipal public policy most in demand by residents from the list (registration for services from various services and organizations in the Ministry of Defense, Internet polls, voting of residents on significant issues, evaluation of the activities of authorities and individual services, etc.), webinars for residents of municipal education on the problems of municipal public policy 2) digitalization of procedures attracting residents (crowdsourcing mechanism, etc.) to develop solutions, affecting the main interests of the community (healthcare, education, consumer services, land use, water supply, landscaping, park areas), 3) digitalization of the process of participation of residents in partnership with local governments in the implementation of initiative budgeting projects, in public expertise and control.
