It seems to be an urgent and significant task to study the processes of digitalization in the post-Soviet space on the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis, application of research methods of political sciences and topology. It is concluded that the processes of digital transformation in the post-Soviet space are acquiring new contours under the influence of the rapid development of technologies in the course of the fourth technological revolution that is taking place before our eyes. Digitalization undoubtedly creates a technological basis for further integration of the CIS countries.
