Abstract

The article examines the grounds for the formation of consolidation of Russian society, emphasizes that in the conditions of an extremely high degree of danger to the life of society, a conflictological pattern of rallying society is triggered in the presence of a threat along the perimeter of the state. In the conditions of confrontation with the Russian world, an extremely high consolidation of society is formed on civilizational grounds, subordinating, but not canceling, contradictions of socio-structural and other levels, but requiring the creation of a civilizational project for the development of society. The emerging consolidation in the context of existential threats reveals the reflexive nature of the solidarization of society, calling for a meaningful perception by each individual of the totality of values and norms that determine the vital activity of society. The factor of civic identity plays an important role in the consolidation of society. It is shown that at the present stage of Russian society, this kind of identity covers two-thirds of the country, but its character is civil-state, requiring the strengthening of the civil component, which is possible only when creating a set of conditions for the development of all forms of public participation and a modern, publicly oriented model of state/municipal government.
