Abstract

The article analyzes the specific forms of employment in the Russianthe labor market. The main attention is paid to a special, specific form of employment – precarious, which more fully and accurately reflects the essence of the special social and labor situation of people at the present stage of economic development. It is shown that precarious employment, testifying to the new emerging practice of using labor, reflects the specifics of the state and trends of human potential development and its compliance, on the one hand, with the objective laws of production development, and, on the other hand, the measure of the effectiveness of socio-economic policy and spontaneously applied principles of labor relations management. It is argued that with the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, precarious employment reflects the contradictory state of the labor force, the increasing dependence of production workers on the dictates of employers, who do not always take into account the social needs of people, focusing on obtaining high profit margins, including through savings on employee wages. The article attempts to identify measures to overcome the negative social consequences of precarized labor.
