Abstract

The modern development of the labor market both in the world and in Russia presupposes several new trends that have formed, previously not characteristic of the process of reproduction of labor resources. In this regard, it is important to focus on the increasingly intensively developing female segment of the labor market. In modern conditions, it seems possible to determine the female segment of employment into a separate market mechanism of functioning in the context of a national or global labor market, which has its own unique characteristics and demonstrates its own tendencies of formation and development.
