Abstract

In the modern world labor market, in the conditions of post-crisis and geopolitical transformations, a number of pronounced new trends in the reproduction of labor resources have been formed, namely: the strengthening of the gender employment gap, the emphasis on labor-saving transformations in economic activity, the strengthening and transformation of the processes of duality of the labor market, as well as forms of labor inequality, transformation and the specific role of temporary employment, the formation and development of digital employment platforms, the development of cluster failures of the market, the increasing role of circulation and return labor migration.
