Abstract

In the domestic economy, the need to create a labor market service infrastructure that meets the laws and requirements of an effectively functioning market economy is currently being acutely manifested. There was a need to eliminate the negative aspects characteristic of the labor market service infrastructure. These include: insufficient regulatory support, slow development of infrastructure, the presence of unresolved problems in the field of financial and credit relations, an imbalance between the level of development of the production sector and institutions of the service sector, a low level of service culture. All this reduces the possibility of fully meeting the needs of the population in various kinds of services. Scientific support contributes to the creation of a labor market service infrastructure that meets the laws of the market economy, is adequate to the prevailing conditions in the domestic market and takes into account the peculiarities and specifics of specific areas of the economy. On this basis, it is now possible to create a really functioning and effective infrastructure for servicing the labor market. Due to the variety of internal regulators of the labor market service infrastructure, as well as due to the social importance of its effective functioning, the infrastructure of Natural Sciences and Humanities Research No. 43 (5), 2022_47 serving the labor market needs qualified regulation. It seems that the creation of an effective system of regulation of the labor market service infrastructure is one of the main social tasks of the reforms carried out in Russia. The conducted research made it possible to identify a number of relevant areas that require special research: ensuring the improvement of the economic mechanism of the functioning of the infrastructure for servicing the labor market of the region.
