Abstract

The purpose of the study. The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the content characteristics of the structural components of civil identity, enshrined in the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation at different levels, with those formed by the youth of the Rostov region.The methodological basis. The empirical basis of the study was the results of a sociological study conducted by employees of the South-Russian branch of the Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The research method is a mass survey.Research result. In the course of the study, it was found partial coincidence of prescribed values, those that are formed among young people today, the lack of formation of the cognitive component of civic identity, the formation of the emotional component of civic identity and the low commitment of student youth to civic and political participation, but at the same time a demonstration of a motivated focus on the implementation of practices in the field of environmental conservation, which is also fixed in the behavioral component civil identity formed by the regulatory framework of the Russian FederationAbstract.The purpose of the study.
