Abstract

The article deals with the issue of the real situation of persons with disabilities in the labor market and the attitude of employers towards this category of the population in the conditions of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The social responsibility of employers to provide jobs is investigated. The main barriers on the way of integration into the sphere of labor activity of persons with disabilities are considered. The author presents the results of an expert interview among employers of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
