Abstract

Defining the research topic indicated in the title of the article, the authors seek to identify an actual scientific problem associated with changes in the theoretical concepts of modern paradigm (sign) turns in the humanities. The paradox of the situation lies in the fact that if the “metaphor of a turn” implies a radical change in the foundations of any theory, then the eventful everyday life of the authors of the article is connected with an “administrative turn” — a radical reorganization of the journal Sibirsky Sotsium. The updated composition of the editorial board should provide a relatively new publishing policy compared to the previous one: the preparation of scientific articles of a broad humanitarian profile, in content related to the key positions of the Tyumen State University development program “Priority 2030” in such subject areas as anthropology, history, cultural studies, social geography, sociology, psychology, economics, philology and philosophy. The content of the articles should be theoretically and methodologically verified, empirically oriented, and be characterized by an increased semantic load. The text of the presentation must be of high quality. The methodology of this approach is based on the reinterpretation of mental constructs associated with the socio-cultural pragmatics of actual problems that unite the “semantic structures” of the modern world and man, corresponding to multidimensional theorizing approaches at the micro-, meso- and macro-levels, when action and order become significant dimensions of the social peace. The scientific novelty of the article involves the formulation and possible solutions to issues that have not been sufficiently studied from the point of view of sociological and other humanitarian approaches related to important aspects of sociocultural life, the reproduction of individuals and social groups, reflecting modern discourses of disciplinary and interdisciplinary subject areas of social sciences, including their constructive criticism . A brief description of the significance of the theoretical and methodological research carried out by the authors of the article boils down to a new understanding of the “strategic reorientations” of the humanities as paradigm shifts of various phenomena of the “sociocultural turn”, as meaningful changes in a wide range of sociological and humanitarian theories proper, which initiated basic reassessments of symbolization, language, and representation. and interpretation. The main conclusions of the article are that the scientific potential of the journal Siberian Society can be revealed at the level of deepening the actual subject, as well as interdisciplinary and intercultural research. Thus, from a methodological point of view, a constructive search for intersecting “contact zones”, “reference points” and “hybrid spaces” is launched, which can help identify positive and constructive features of the development of the humanities. Potential authors are set the goals and objectives of analyzing and interpreting the fundamental aspects of modern social processes involving people, things, ideas, forms of exchange both in the global and local worlds, developing relatively new humanitarian theories of flow and resistance, sociocultural theories of distinction and places based on on representative factual bases. The new edition of the Siberian Society intends to make the journal a constructive field of dialogue for many authors who rely on a wide variety of systems of humanitarian knowledge, structures and cultures, and in this context, this article offers unique opportunities for increasing knowledge associated with the author's projects of transformation of socio-cultural theories . New knowledge will become the fundamental basis and platform for discussing scientific ideas related to the central positions of the Priority 2030 program of the Tyumen State University
